Tickets for the 2019 NCAA Division I Football Championship Game in Frisco, Texas to be played on January 5 went on sale Saturday, August 25 at 11 a.m. ET. Tickets were available for purchase at NCAA.com/FCS or via telephone at 866-208-0048.
Previous ticket purchasers who have purchased directly through the NCAA and fans who have signed up for email updates had the opportunity to purchase tickets during a 48-hour presale. The presale began Thursday, August 23 at 11 a.m. ET. Presale ticket access was provided via email in advance of Thursday’s email.
To receive presale access, fans had to sign up for email updates by Tuesday, August 21.
Enhance your game day with the NCAA Experience. NCAA Experience packages offer tickets to the game plus hospitality within one of the premium club spaces at Toyota Stadium. NCAA Experience packages will feature a pregame meal, premium cash bar and access to a temperature-controlled environment with private restrooms. All NCAA Experience ticket packages include a ticket within them.
Fans who purchase NCAA Experience packages will have a ticket outside in the general seating areas. Fans are not purchasing seats within the club. Club seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
NCAA Experience packages could be purchased during the presale (with promo code access) or were available to the public (pending available inventory) beginning Saturday, August 25. Tickets will be delivered digitally via Flash Seats. No paper or print-at-home tickets will be issued. Tickets may be transferred or sold via the NCAA Ticket Exchange. NCAA Experience hospitality access will be tied to the game ticket. Separate hospitality passes (formerly wristbands) will not be provided in advance of the game. Fans will receive hospitality access passes upon check-in at the club on game day.
The NCAA Ticket Exchange™ opened Saturday, August 23. Fans may buy and sell tickets up to 90 minutes after the start of the FCS Championship Game on January 5 at 11 a.m. CT.
The NCAA Ticket Exchange is the only official, NCAA-approved secondary ticket marketplace. This fan-to-fan ticket exchange allows fans who are no longer able to attend the game the ability to list and sell their tickets in a safe, secure and anonymous environment. Additionally, the entire process for both buyers and sellers is completely digital offering convenience for all parties. The price is set by the seller and buyers can choose to buy tickets outright or bid on tickets. • A maximum of eight tickets may be purchased per person. Please be advised that any person exceeding the published ticket limit may have some or all of their orders cancelled at the discretion of the NCAA without notification. Multiple orders associated with the same name, account number, credit card, email address, telephone number and/or mailing address may be considered to be exceeding the ticket limit for this event. Ticket limits may be raised after the initial public on sale.
• Every person, two-years of age and older, must have a ticket to enter the facility. Entry will be at the venue's discretion, unless proof of age is provided. Those under two must be accompanied by a person with a valid admission ticket.
Tickets are delivered digitally via Flash Seats. You will NOT receive paper tickets via mail and tickets cannot be printed at home. Flash Seats is a paperless, ID based ticket. These digital tickets may also be transferred to other guests or sold via the NCAA Ticket Exchange which opened on Saturday, August 25. You will receive an email after your purchase and again prior to the event with additional instructions on using Flash Seats.
